Shipping Policy

The following Shipping /Delivery policy is valid for all orders placed online. By making a payment or by placing an order on our/third party website, Customers are providing an agreement to the following shipping policy.

  • We are shipping across Indore Muncipal Jurisdiction at very nominal charge of Rs 25.
  • The order will take approximately 1 to 2 business days for shipping to anywhere across Indore. The customer will be informed about the approximate delivery date/time after placement of her/his order.  However, in rare cases, the customer will be duly informed of the new expected delivery date.
  • The customer will receive a confirmation Email/SMS when the order is dispatched from the our end. It will contain the tracking number, which can be used by the customer for tracking the status of the order at courier service provider’s websites.
  • We do not completely take guarantee of the time of delivery. In few but rare cases, delays might occur due to flight delays, product unavailability at the time of delivery, issues faced by courier at the time of delivery,  or other uncontrollable circumstances like strife, riots, war or acts of God etc. However we assure our customers that we dedicatedly try to ensure delivery before or on the Expected Date of Delivery as prior informed to the customer.
  • In case the order do/does not reach our customer within 5 days of being shipped from our end, we will offer the refund, provided any tracking information does not show that delivery was attempted at the customer doorstep.
  • If after a refund is offered, a delivery attempt is made by the courier service, the customer may choose to refuse to accept the package. If the customers accept the delivery in such circumstances, the ordering amount again becomes payable. In the case of prepaid orders, the refund will be cancelled and in other modes of payment, suitable information of payments will be communicated to the customer.

 

In case, the package is returned by the courier to us after repeated failed attempts of delivery or because of a wrong shipping address and other details provided by the customer at the time of placing order, following cases are valid:-

  • We can reship the order, only after receiving a confirmation via email/call and the customer is requested to provide correct address and other details. The courier and handling charges for reshipment will be borne by the customer.
  1. If the customer is not reachable via email/call or with the consent of the customer the order is to be cancelled, we will process the refund after deduction of the charges we had to bear at the time of shipment.
  2. The consignment carrier choice is made at the sole discretion of us.
  3. Customs Charges and taxes, if any, will have to be borne by the customer. However, these are rarely applicable on our packages.

 

In the case of internal disturbances in the delivery destination (riots, war, strife, etc), we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund the money even without the consent of the customer. Customer will be duly informed of the same along with his/her payment return details. If the customer still insists on shipping the package, we will not be liable for any damages or loss of the package and no refunds will be due.

  • It is possible that we won’t be able to accept your orders at the time of ordering or we may cancel your order before shipment if your location is not serviceable. The serviceability of your location depends on following:
  1. Whether we ship to your location
  2. Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location
  3. The availability of reliable courier partners in your location
  4. In the case of COD orders, availability depends on the ability of the courier partner servicing at your location.

We may amend their Shipping Policy, without prior notice.
