Cancellation and Refund Policy

As an Established Portal in industry, we follow a well-defined and well-stated, Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy to achieve optimum customer satisfaction. Customers are liable to read and accept following Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy before applying for the same:

The customer can cancel an order through your website or by sending an email at support@kidoform.com mentioning details of the order/s to be cancelled. For cancellation of order/s following conditions are applicable:

  • In case the customer is cancelling online order/s before the package has been shipped from store,we will process a full refund.Customers are communicated about the shipment when it’s initiated, so customers have to cancel before their order/s status changes to 'Shipped'.
  • In case customer cancels an online order after the package has been shipped from store, the cancellation will be valid, provided the customer has not received the order and we receive the items and the complete package in their original undamaged condition. When the package has reached back to us as original, we will issue a refund after deducting the shipping and handling cost which we have to bare for shipping the package. A refund for cancellation is processed immediately at our end; however the refunded amount will take the time to be reflected at customers end, depending on the mode of payment.
  • the return woud not be accpeted by us for some items like innerwears due to nature of items. 

 

Note:

  • If after applying for cancellation, the package is received by the customer or if it reaches back to us in a damaged/ tampered state, then we won’t be liable to pay any refund and the customer has to bare the reshipping charges faced by the us.
